Bowman Park is a wonderful wooded park with paved paths and plenty of parking in the town of Greenacres just off Haverhill road. On the boundaries of the park are a Pentacostal Church, a veterinary hospital and, near the entrance on Bowman Street, a Moose Lodge. This neighborhood park features a lovely shaded playground area, two lighted basketball courts and a huge open field. The field is great for a quick friendly game of soccer or football or flying a kite since it is flat and open.
Rambo Park
Rambo Park in Greenacres is a small 2 acre park with just the right amount of amenities to keep the family busy with plenty of opportunities for recreation. Bring along a picnic and a frisbee or just let the kids clamber around on the playground equipment. Fun is easy at this park with it's wide open green space and shade areas.
