Walk, run OR paddle your way through the course for the 7th Annual Turkey Trot and Paddle in Fort Lauderdale!   This race couldn't be timed any better...work off your Thanksgiving dinner BEFORE you eat it and enjoy the gorgeous scenery of oceanside Fort Lauderdale.  The race is for all abilities so don't feel you need to be a seasoned athlete to participate.  There is even a Kids' Dash and, to add to the fun, Thanksgiving-themed costumes are encouraged! The race starts at 7:30 a.m. from D.C. Alexander Park on A1A and extends north to Sunrise Boulevard and finishes back at Las Olas Boulevard. 

****The race will be held on Ft. Lauderdale Beach and begin on A1A one block south of Las Olas Blvd. The route will take you north along A1A to Sunrise Blvd and finish back at Las Olas Blvd. We have provided a map of the race for your convenience.***

• Awards to top three overall male and female 5K finishers.
• Awards to top three overall male and female paddleboard finishers in each board category.
• Medals to first, second and third place age group winners.
• Award to the Costume Contest Winner
• Team Spirit Award to the team with the most participants
