Fury Water Adventures
Fury Water Adventures has been operating in Key West for almost three decades. Fury offers water adventures for the entire family. Whether you choose to stay dry and take a glass bottom boat tour or want to get wet with snorkelling or zipping along in a jetski, Fury has something for everyone. Take in the views of the town of Key West as your soar high above in a parasail. You may even be able to spot a pod of dolphins playing from above. Tours leave hourly for parasailing from 9-6pm. If you'd like a little of everything, Fury has the Ultimate Adventure which includes snorkeling, parasailing, ket skiing, kayaking, water trampoline and much more. The Ultimate Adventure gives everyone at least 45 minutes to snorkel, 6 minutes to parasail, 15 minutes of jet ski (licensed persons aged 18+), unlimited kayak or "Iceberg" climbing. The tour includes food, unlimited soda or water, beer and wine. Adults can enjoy snorkelling tour options that finish with Margaritas or Rum drinks. Combine their adventures with their evening Sunset tour for a spectacular end to your day.
The Fury catamaran features the ultra convenient "Stairway to the Sea" which allows snorkelers to easily just walk down the broad steps into the water. Two large restrooms, a fresh water shower and a shaded seating area brings comfort to all guests. If you are interested in a tan, find a spot on the large sun deck; seating areas are available. The boat can carry a total of 127 passengers. The parasailing catamaran holds only 12. The Fury Glass Bottom Boat is air-conditioned with a seated viewing area. The twin hull helps keep the boat more stable on the water with less movement. It also has a seated sun deck for those who want the fresh air and the breeze blowing through your hair. The boat can carry up to 110 passengers and is fitted with a large bathroom and snack bar. Up to 6 manual wheelchairs can be accomodated on the boat. The glass bottom boat tour lasts a total of 2 hours which includes 50 minutes over the reef. Tours depart daily at 12pm, 2pm, and at sunset. You are allowed to bring your own refreshments including alcoholic beverages on the tour. Ticket prices for the adventure tours are the same for everyone even if a person chooses not to partake in all the activities offered, no discounted "observer" prices are offered. Specialty tours may include live music, margaritas, rum, a dolphin watch or spectacular sunset excursions. Private charters on Fury's vessels can also be arranged.
Fury operates out of 4 different departure points around Key West. Departure point #1 is at the Westin Resort Marina and is the jumping off point for 6 different tours and activities. The 2nd point is located between the Pier House and Ocean Key Resorts. This is where the glass bottom boat tour departs. The 3rd point is in the Key West Historic Seaport located on the corner of Greene and Elizabeth Street. Nine different activities and tours leave from this spot. The last departure point is where the 4 daily jet ski tours are located. It can be found at 617 Front Street near the Galleon Resort & Marina.
