Head over to the Delray Marketplace for their Family Fun Day event on select Wednesdays this summer.  Families can enjoy a trackless train, water slides and more!  Be sure to stay for a movie or bowling under the ample air conditioning or pick up a bite to eat at a nearby restaurant.  Have errands to run?  Grab so school clothes for the kids or head over to Publix for tonight's dinner!  The event runs from 3pm to 6 pm and has different themes each time.

4th of July Spectacular on Fort Lauderdale Beach will be a holiday to remember. Celebrate America's Independence Day at the City of Fort Lauderdale's free 4th of July Spectacular presented by Zimmerman Advertising!  The Independence Day Celebration will feature a patriotic extravaganza featuring live bands, a kids zone, beach games, contests, family activities and a dazzling fireworks display. The 4th of July Spectacular takes place on Monday, July 4 from 12:00 to 9:30 p.m.

Bayfront Park in dowtown Miami will host it's annual July 4th celebration: America's Birthday Bash at the Klipsch Amphitheater. Celebrate our country’s independence in the heart of downtown Miami.  The event will feature one of the largest fireworks displays in South Florida and promises fun for the entire family.

The 4th of July Coral Spring celebration will kick off at 6:00 pm and keep the fun going until 9:30 pm. Admission is free. There will be music entertainment and bounce houses for the little ones. A nominal fee will be charged for kid’s craft activities, food and refreshments. There is a $3 parking fee at the Coral Springs Gymnasium, Mullins Park and the Center for the Arts.

Fireworks Viewing at Vista View Park on Independence Day allows viewers to enjoy the area's various firework celebrations from the top of the hill at the park. Visitors are encouraged to arrive early to get a panoramic view of firework displays from across Broward County.

OLD FASHIONED FOURTH

In honor of our 90th Anniversary, Flamingo Gardens celebrates Fourth of July the old fashioned way, with "old time" contests, games, and BBQ! 

The 40th annual Fourth of July parade co-sponsored by the Key Largo Chamber of Commerce gets rolling at 10 a.m. from the parking lot at Anthony's Clothing Store, MM 98.2 on the center median of U.S. Highway 1 in Key Largo, and ends at MM 100. Awards are to be presented for most original entry, most beautiful and best portrayal of the theme.

Celebrate the Fourth of July by attending the City of Pembroke Pines Independence Day Celebration and Fireworks Show at the Pines Recreation Center Festival Grounds, 7400 Pines Boulevard on Saturday, July 4, 2015 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Admission and Parking are FREE!

Festival Grounds open at 6 pm. In addition, there will be the Food Truck Roundups, free rides for children, a children’s area, a live band and also our spectacular Fireworks Show which begins at 9 p.m.

Kick off Broward County Libraries' Summer Learning Program and celebrate Juneteenth at  Northwest Branch Library's annual Blues and Sweet Potato Pie Juneteenth Festival. This fun, free, all-ages event is scheduled for Saturday, June 17^th from 11AM to 5PM at Apollo Park, located at 1580 NW 3^rd Ave., Pompano Beach, FL 333060, adjacent to the Northwest Branch Library.

The Children's Trust Family Expo, is a FREE day-long family festival at the Miami-Dade Fair and Expo Center on Saturday, September 10, 2016. It features activities and entertainment for the entire family in an effort to provide parents direct contact with health and social services, as well as educational opportunities. The event attracts more than 20,000 visitors a year.
