There's loads of fun to be had at Village Park in Wellington.  With two large gymnasiums, Village park is the perfect place to take your entire family for a day of fun and some fitness. Talk about a place to get in shape and get active! There are so many things you can do here. With five whole soccer fields, your kids and you could run laps, practice some foot work, or even play a friendly match, kids against adults of course!

Don't like soccer? No need to worry. You could always spend your time on one of the four football fields here. Even these are good for running laps, getting fit and playing some tough tackle with your family and friends. Nothing beats a good game with your buddies!

Maybe you just don't like football or soccer but don't get upset yet, because there are even four baseball/softball fields! Even when you get hungry, Village Park has five concession/restroom buildings open during league games. There are also two hockey rinks. Play a few matches and have fun, then head down to the game room, because guess what! There's one here too. There are even multi-purpose rooms.

Having a family get together? Good! Village Park has got you covered. There are 3 pavilions, with grills and plenty of picnic tables to seat both sides of the family, on a first come first serve basis. Maybe all these things just aren't for you, but there's no need to fret yet. There's a heart trail, and even a tot lot for the little ones.
