Zoo Clues
Someone has been causing mischief at the Zoo! Put your problem solving skills to the test as you help solve the mystery. This overnight Zoo Clues program includes a nocturnal zoo tour, up-close encounter with our animal ambassadors, themed activities and crafts, pizza and a continental breakfast. Must be age 6 or older to attend. A minimum of one adult is required per family. Pre-registration is required. Cost Per Participant: $40 for Members $50 for Non-Members (Adults must accompany children.

Angles & Icons Art Exhibition
With her many colorful collages, Erika King has been documenting histories and telling stories through photographs and paint since the early 70s. Known for her commemorative, corporate, celebrity, family and sports collages, Ms. King has been commissioned to create collages to celebrate many of Miami's milestones, including the Miami Centennial, University of Miami's 75th, Miami City Ballet, Florida Grand Opera, the Miami Heat NBA championships and, most recently the Miami Beach Centennial and FIU's 50th.

First-Ever Public Transit Day
This December, ditch your car (for a day). To build upon the steps that Miami’s leaders are taking to strengthen our public transit system, two social-entrepreneurs, Rebecca Fishman Lipsey of Radical Partners and Marta Viciedo of Urban Impact Lab, are teaming up to engage locals in solutions. Fishman-Lipsey and Viciedo are declaring Friday, December 9 as “Public Transit Day” and are urging public officials, community leaders, and residents to take the pledge to use public transportation for the day.

Boating for Breast Cancer
Fort Lauderdale’s most eclectic water taxi company, the Fort Lauderdale Water Shuttle, known for its hot pink boats adorned with pink flamingos, is utilizing its “pink” presence to help a Fort Lauderdale-based nonprofit kick off Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The Water Shuttle will host “Boating for Breast Cancer” on Saturday, October 1, 2016 and donate 100 percent of daily ticket sales to Gilda’s Club South Florida!

Hispanic Heritage Month at Dolphin Mall
During National Hispanic Heritage Month and in honor of its 15th anniversary, Dolphin Mall invites families and friends to enjoy free, family-oriented entertainment to recognize the important role that Latinos and Hispanics have had in shaping Miami and the nation. Beginning September 15 through October 15, exciting live performances will take place each Saturday that feature the colors, culture and sounds of those originating from Latin American countries.
