Dubois Park

Body

Dubois Park has a very rich and documented history. Lying on 18.69 acres of land, Dubois Park is one of the largest beach parks in Jupiter. It has received several awards including the NACPRO award a recreation Facility Class II award. The NACPRO program recognizes the excellence in recreation and Park facilities and mainly focuses public attention on every aspect of design of the particular park. Dubois is located in the heart of Jupiter just adjacent to the Jupiter inlet

Dubois park facilities offer boating, swimming, featuring fishing, picnicking and several other facilities all in a scenic tropical setting. This is the best place to visit with your family any time of the week including weekends for a world class treat. If you are wondering about your kids safety, Dubois park is a NO DRUG zone. Possession and consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited inside the park.

Dubois Park has ensured that your kids get the best out of the visit. There are age specific play structures for your kids’ enjoyment in different areas of the park. These structures have been designed for use by kids in the age groups of 2-5 and 5-12. The structures are inspected by a certified playground safety inspector on a routine basis. However, to ensure your child’s safety on the play ground, adult supervision is recommended.

A visit to the park can not be complete without boating. This is one of the best experiences inside the park. Renting a canoe, kayak or a paddle boat is very easy. These boats will get you into deeper waters more than your naked eyes could do plus the experience is amazing. After a day of activities, then it is time for you and your family to rest. There are restroom facilities with showers and a lot more other outdoor activities to keep you out until late hours of the night. Entry fee to Dubois Park is absolutely free thanks to the unwavering financial support the park gets from taxes and donors.

Picnic pavilions may be reserved. Fishing is possible but not permitted in the guarded swimming area. There is also a boat ramp (non motorized boats only), boat slips, and a snorkeling lagoon. HOURS: Sunrise - Sunset. Swimming area is guarded from 9:00 am - 5:20 pm, seven days a week from Memorial Day until Palm Beach County public schools begin in August. When school starts, swimming areas will be guarded only on weekends until Memorial Day.
