The Camp Owaissa Bauer is considered one of the hidden treasures of Miami-Dade Country Parks & Recreation. A nice getaway from the hectic city life, this campsite is located in Homestead, Florida, United States. The park itself is built on a 110 acre area and contains plenty of trails that teach both children and adults interesting facts about the ecology/geology of The Sunshine State. It's equipped with vast facilities to house up to 160 campers overnight or for prolonged periods of time.

LODGING CONDITIONS AND OPTIONS:
In all, the campsite includes 6 dormitory-style cabins with bunk beds, that can hold up to 160 people at most.
~Four of the cabins have air-conditioning and include ADA accessible restrooms.
~The other two cabins are not air-conditioned and can contain only 50 individuals.
~A Private Quarter can house 4 people and may include either a full or a half bathroom.
This campsite is perfect for family vacations, family reunions, birthday parties, and even weddings! By offering you bonding activities such as campfires, nature trails, and hayrides, the park brings you closer to nature, as well as your family. The camp staff are at your service during your stay, and are divided into groups of either directors, kitchen personnel, or counselors. The area is 100% safe and secure for children all ages since a park manager is on duty at all times. All natural areas in the park are protected and designed to ensure that no harm comes to the visitors, nor the wildlife. In addition, no hazardous predators have made this campsite their home.
