Join in the celebration of the tastes, smells, sights, and sounds of summer at the City of Deerfield Beach’s Annual Oveta McKeithen Summer Music Festival. The Wing Warrior Cook-Off and Music Festival is an opportunity for the community to come out, taste, judge and vote for the People’s Choice Wing Champion! This free, family friendly event will feature live music, entertainment, and a kid zone. Arts, crafts and food vendors will also be on hand to help bring the summer vibe to you.

The City of Deerfield Beach is helping residents live green by hosting Green Earth Fest; a citywide celebration of Earth Day and Arbor Day. The festival will take place on April 18th from noon to 4 PM at Central City Campus, 401 SW 4th Street. Vendors will be available to teach attendees everything there is to know about eco-friendly living.

Bring your family and friends to WorldFest on Sunday, April 3rd at the Sportsplex and experience the diverse cultures that make up the community of Coral Springs. The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and will feature ethnic foods, live entertainment, arts and crafts and fun activities for children. Come and experience the action and excitement of Teen World and Kid’s World.

Come out to the 2016 Rebuilding Together of the Palm Beaches/SWA Soiree and Resource Depot/SWA Run AWAY 5K Trail Run at the Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County’s Administrative Complex to learn how you can do your part. Saturday, April 2, the 5K Trail Run will start at 8 a.m., the Soiree at 9 a.m.  

The city of Delray Beach Parks and Recreation department and the Redemption Church are jointly hosting an egg hunt right on the intracoastal waterway at Veteran's Park.  This 3 hour event will include some carnival rides, field games for kids, bounce houses and an Easter egg hunt.  Popcorn, hot dogs and drinks will be available for purchase. The Easter Bunny will be present so bring your cameras!

Join the Catherine Strong Splash Park and Delray Beach Parks and Recreation for their annual Kids Spring Festival.  This free community event will include games, music, food, face painting and prize giveaways!  Kids will enjoy having their faces painted after the hunt or dancing along to the music.  Play games and revel in time with the family at this 4 hour event.  The egg Hunt starts at 2pm.

Saturday, April 9th, Earth Day at Tradewinds Park will offer a variety of family activities, including hayrides, vendor and educational booths, model steam train rides, bounce houses, farm tours and demos, refreshments, and more. Families with a green thumb or aspiring gardners can meet with Master Gardners for demos and lectures.  Join in on a natural history tour or nature hike, ogle classic cars in the car show, and fill your belly at the food trucks. This will be an Earth Day to remember and a great way to expose the kids to our Florida flora and dauna.

The Florida Turkish American Association (FTAA) is proud to present “Blue Voyage Along the Turkish Coast” in celebration of Turkey’s magnificent coastline with a day of Turkish music, dance, art and culture at the

Western Palm Beach County Farm Bureau hosts the annual Sweet Corn Fiesta in West Palm Beach at the Yesteryear Village, South Florida Fairgrounds.  This family-friendly event is filled with contests, rides, games and--of course--tons of sweet delicious corn! There will be lots of the world's best sweet corn, live music, kids games and rides, as well as many other yummy food and beverages. Devour kettle corn or Chicken on a stick or corndogs with your corn.

Cauley Square Historic Village in Miami presents Easter Funday on Easter Sunday all day!  Come enjoy a day with fun for the entire family.
