WILLKOMMEN to the American German Club in Lantana for the ever popular Oktoberfest.  This family fun festival is held on the 2nd and 3rd weekend of October.  This local club has been operating since the late 1960s in this community and has hosted this wonderful event for over 40 years.  The ten acre property features two large covered outdoor areas and a club house.  Bring out your lederhosen and your frau can sport classic Munchen dress with flowers in the children's hair, you won't be alone.  Stock up on your German wardrobe with souvenir items or adorable steins etc.  

The children can enjoy the small playground or the carnival amusement rides.  The wristband is a good idea for kids who may want to get on the popular super slide over and over and over again.  In the past they have had bumper cars, bounce houses, carnival games and much more.  Parents can sit back and enjoy music performed by bands flown in from Germany or watch folk dancers twirl in colorful dances. If the spirit moves you feel free to jump up and dance to the Chicken Dance or some of the upbeat polkas.  The Club features a Beer-Tapping Ceremony and a Parade of Flags.  Devour favorites like German strudel, soft pretzels or German sausages.  A kitchen is onsite that cranks out plates of full German dinners to purchase and of course there are also authentic German Bier including HofBrau Bier as well as domestic drafts.  

Come out for one weekend and find yourself wanting to come out again the next!

FREE PARKING with trolly access at three neighborhood schools; Indian Pines Elementary on Lantana Road, west of the club... Diamond View Elementary and Tradewinds Middle Schools, on Haverhill Road just north of Lantana.

Limited PREFERRED PARKING available for $15.00 at the club and Buttonwood Park, across the street.

Kids Wrist Bands for Unlimited Rides are available for $25 at the Ticket Booth and South Big Ticket Pavillion in the Carnival area. The Wrist Band can be purchased each day and used only on that day and during those hours of operations.
