Annual Santa on the Beach

Make your trip to the beach and Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale more festive!  Don't miss the Santa on the Beach motorcade as it makes it's way down Las Olas and over to Fort Lauderdale Beach Park giving out candy canes!  Kids and adults alike will love getting sweet treats from our special guest from the North Pole.  Grab your canes then grab some rays along the shore for a fun family outing!

Light Up Sistrunk

The City of Fort Lauderdale will Light Up Sistrunk with this special event featuring a toy give-away, KIDS ZONE, and so much more.  Holiday food and family entertainment will make this an evening to remember.  Watch as a giant holiday tree is illuminated and snag some candid shots with Santa!  Bounce houses, game trucks and REAL SNOW will keep the kids happy and occupied.

Children's Museum Holiday Extravaganza

The Children's Museum in Boca Raton would like to celebrate the Holidays with your family at their annual Holiday Extravaganza.  Join in on games and crafts while enjoying all that the museum has to offer.  There will be Hanukkah surprises and pictures with Santa. Get the little ones' faces painted and enjoy special holiday drinks and food. This event and attraction are best suited to smaller children.

Light Up the Beach

Light Up the Beach in Fort Lauderdale is an event on Wednesday, November 22 from 5:30 - 09:00 p.m. at A1A and Las Olas Boulevard. 

Welcome Olas the Giant Beach Snowman back to Fort Lauderdale on Wednesday, November 22 at our annual Light Up the Beach celebration!  The free event takes place from 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm at A1A and Las Olas and includes: 

Turkey Trot & Paddle

Body

Walk, run OR paddle your way through the course for the 7th Annual Turkey Trot and Paddle in Fort Lauderdale!   This race couldn't be timed any better...work off your Thanksgiving dinner BEFORE you eat it and enjoy the gorgeous scenery of oceanside Fort Lauderdale.  The race is for all abilities so don't feel you need to be a seasoned athlete to participate.  There is even a Kids' Dash and, to add to the fun, Thanksgiving-themed costumes are encouraged! The race starts at 7:30 a.m. from D.C.

Cookie Cruise with Santa

Delray Yacht cruises will host a magical event with their Cookie Cruise with Santa on select dates in December.  Sit with Santa and get in your Christmas wishes before the big day arrives!  Munch on cookies as you glide down the intracoastal and enjoy the sights and smells of coastal Delray life.  There will only be 3 dates to book your cruise so be sure to reserve your spot soon, availability is limited. The cruise will begin boarding at 10 am and cruise from 10:30am-12:00pm.

Lake Worth Veteran's Day Parade

The city of Lake Worth would like to honor all Veterans in times of Peace and in times of War at their annual Veteran's Day Parade & Ceremony.  The parade begins at 11:00 am down Lake Avenue.  It will end at the Cultural Plaza where a special Veteran's Day ceremony will be held at around 1:30 pm.  Bring your own seating or blanket to watch the events as well as wear your patriotic clothing!  

Key West Veteran's Day Parade

Key West knows how to have a parade and Veteran's Day is no exception.  Be sure to celebrate American's veterans this year at the annual Key West Veteran's Day Parade - Saturday, November 10th at 5:00p.m.   The Veterans Day Parade will travel down Duval Street, with a reviewing stand near Fleming and Duval. Starts at Catherine Street and travels down Duval Street to Front Street. Everyone is welcome to come cheer on the marching units and pay tribute to service members past and present.

Palm Beach County Veteran's Day Parade

Join the City of West Palm Beach and the Palm Beach County Veterans Committee and their sponsors in honoring American Veteran's this year.  This annual event will take place on Sunday November 8th in downtown West Palm Beach. The 2015 Veterans Day Parade will travel down Clematis Street starting at 2pm.  Parking at all city garages will be FREE for this event. The parade will include local veterans groups, floats, bands, military vehicles and more!
