The holiday fun and tree-mendous excitement begins with the lighting of our Famous 100-foot Christmas Tree at Old School Square. Kids can visit Santa, ride the holiday carousel, enjoy outdoor ice skating, listen to music, enjoy great food, and go inside the 100-foot Christmas Tree to see the animated elf scenes, model train layouts and more! The tree is illuminated through the beginning of the New Year.

November 29th: The lights go on! Tree Lighting Ceremony for the 100-Foot Christmas Tree, located in Old School Square field. Special guests include Santa Claus!  Bring a toy, canned goods or monetary donation to the Tree Lighting.   Santa will be lighting the famous 100ft Christmas Tree at 7:15pm. Directly following the Tree Lighting Santa will be available for photos! Enjoy ice-skating, Putt’n Around Mini Golf & Carousel and much more! Event is free, activities for a nominal fee!.

November 30th-December 23rd: Visit with Santa

in his Key West Style house next to the 100ft. Christmas Tree. Santa is available for photos December 1–23 on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings from 5–9pm.

December 2nd: Lighting of the Menorah

6pm–Old School Square grounds.

December 8th: Holiday Parade

6pm–Celebrate the “Holidays in Paradise”. Parade along Atlantic Avenue. For details and how to participate: mydelraybeach.com

December 14th: Holiday Boat Parade 6pm–8:30pm

Along the Intracoastal Waterway from Boynton Beach to Delray Beach.

December 30th: Kwanzaa Celebration

December 31st: New Years Eve

Delray Beach will ring in the New Year on December 31st with a family friendly event from 5-9pm on the grounds of Old School Square. Free activities include: kid’s crafts, face–painting, Celebration Crowns, Resolution wall, vintage game room, live entertainment and DJ, outdoor family games and more! The Carousel, Mini-Golf and Ice Skating will be available for $3. Food trucks will be on site. The fireworks finale will launch from the Old School Square Parking Garage at 9pm.
