Science Meets Art

Science Meets Art at Pérez Art Museum Miami will be held Saturday, September 12 from 1-4 pm.  This free event hopes to introduce patrons of the Frost Museum of Science to their new location near the Perez Art Museum on the Bay.  PAMM and the Patricia and Phillip Frost Museum will team up to offer a family-friendly day of creative experimentation.  This will take place as part of the PAMM Free Second Saturday ongoing series.

“Eco-Environments: Art Meets Science” 

PAMM Teaching Artists and Science Communication Fellows from Frost Science will guide children and families in the creation of mini eco-environments, on the museum’s outdoor terrace inspired by PAMM’s exhibition, Marjetica Potrč: The School of the Forest / Miami Campus.



“The Art of Robots: Science Meets Art” 

Explore the engineering behind robots to design your own artistic creation and watch as it comes to life in this STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics) activity led by experts from Frost Science, PAMM and Starbot.
