Enjoy a family-friendly evening out on the town in Lake Worth at the Cultural Plaza downtown.  There will be live music for the family to boogie to and a wine & beer garden to help the parents unwind after a long week at work.  Have dinner together at one of the restaurants nearby or from one of the many food trucks on the seen.  Take a stroll through the arts displays and galleries nearby or shop for specialty items.  Check out the city's Flyer for the event!

Pines Independence Day Celebration and Fireworks

Celebrate the Fourth of July by attending the City of Pembroke Pines Independence Day Celebration and Fireworks Show at the Pines Recreation Center Festival Grounds, 7400 Pines Boulevard in Pembroke Pines on Saturday, July 4, 2015 from 6:00 until 9:00p.m.

Admission and Parking are FREE!

Festival Grounds open at 6:00pm. In addition, they will have the Food Truck Roundups, FREE rides for children, a children’s area, a live band and also a spectacular Fireworks Show beginning at 9:00p.m.

A full day of FREE family fun celebrating the City of Pembroke Pines 57th Birthday at City Center 10600 Pines Boulevard. Day Long entertainment includes free children’s rides, Royal Court Pageant Contests for Little Miss Sweetheart Pageant (3-5), Young Jr Miss (6-8), Junior Miss (9-12) and Miss (13-16), Kids Konnection and Business Expo, Children’s Stage Performances, Stroller Parade, Ten Foot Cake Cutting Ceremony, Three Mainstage Performances, Jazz Concert, 

and Food Truck Invasion. No pets please. 



Memorial Day Commemorative Ceremony

Remember those who fought and were lost during their active military duty this Memorial Day at the Boca Raton Cemetary.  Honor living veterans and expose the kids to their saacrifice for the United States.  The City of Boca Raton will be hosting this wonderful respectful event on May 30th.  Featuring Veteran Groups, City Officials, music by Ft. Lauderdale Highlanders, Boca Raton Community High School Band, drills by Boca Raton Community High School NJROTC and the Boca Raton Police & Fire Honor Guard.  This is a free event.
