CocoWalk
Are you tired of that same daily routine you’ve been doing every week? Do you need a day to escape the harsh city noise and need a place to relax with some sweet soft beats and melodies? There is a perfect place for you and your family to unwind...Welcome to CocoWalk. CocoWalk is an iconic place found at the heart of Coconut Grove, Florida. This area is called "the Grove" by the locals. The city was incorporated in 1919 but what is known today as Coconut Grove was actually established in 1925 after the city of Miami annexed two areas of equal size, now called Coconut Grove and Silver Bluff. Those visiting the Grove should know that it is not only home to CocoWalk but also home to Vizcaya Museum and Gardens and the Miami Science Museum. Cocowalk is one of Miami’s famous shopping centers where you can enjoy shopping, dinning, and entertainment. The selling point of CocoWalk is the ambiance. You’ll immediately feel at ease and captivated by the dazzling greenery that surrounds the place.
The Grove is a famous location for sailors, Europeans, Northeasterners, Bahamians and businesses for its ideal location alongside Sailboat Bay, which is why you can feel the peaceful breeze of the sea. The Grove is recognized as the original art district. It is home to painters, writers, poets, actors, sculptors, artists, and musicians trailing back to the late 1960s. This is one of the reasons why CocoWalk is a famous shopping and dinning facility with live entertainment. CocoWalk has a lot of famous retail stores, boutiques, and café like The Gap, Starbucks, Chili’s Restaurant, Duffy’s Sports Grill, Victoria’s Secret and Victoria’s Secret Beauty. You have tons of choices on where to go to shop and relax in this place.
You can always dine while you watch some live entertainment every Thursday to Sunday. The entertainment is performed by local singers and musicians with a variety of music from jazz to Latin fusion. Paragon Grove 14 Theater is a good place to watch some movies. It has an all digital screen in four Premier auditoriums with big leather chairs and swivel tray tables. Order up some international beer and wine, then you can just sit back and enjoy the movie.
CocoWalk is located at the epicenter of the Grove, in the intersection of Grand Avenue, McFarlane Road, and the main highway. It is a four level facility with a large courtyard and a well lit parking garage with 24 hours security. CocoWalk guarantees a memorable experience for you and your family. Shopping, dinning, and music is a good combination that makes CocoWalk a walk to remember.
Many events are held throughout the year in this ares including the Coconut Grove Arts Festival which is a 3 day event held around President's Day Weekend and The Great Grove Bed Race.
