Sun Life Stadium

The Sun Life Stadium is a sport and recreational stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida. This stadium located in north Miami-Dade county was constructed with a cost of $115 million and opened on August 16, 1987.  It was over-hauled in 2007 at a cost of $250 million.  It is owned by Stephen Rose and Wayne Huizenga and operated by the Miami Dolphins.

ArtsPark

In an area of 10 acres, ArtsPark at Young Circle in Hollywood presents a spectacular fountain feature found in an attractive garden well covered with healthy grass and plants.  Well-paved promenades for children to play and people to jog around surround the area.  Spend your day and enjoy all sorts of festivities and cultural events that take place at the park throughout the year. The park is located in a circular area between US1 and Hollywood Boulevard towards the center of Hollywood in Florida.

American German Club

The American German Club in the western town of Lantana in Palm Beach County is most noted for it's annual Oktoberfest.  This extremely popular event is held the 2nd and 3rd weekend of October draws thousands of visitors every year.  The Club is located on a ten-acre piece of land with a large club house, two big outdoor pavilions and a small child playground.

Yesteryear Village

Yesteryear Village in West Palm Beach is a 10-acres history park that showcases life in Florida from the 1890s to the 1940s.  It consists of several buildings that are either original or replications of actual buildings from our Florida past including a school, a farm, a blacksmith building, a general store, and several homes.  Schools and other groups can schedule a visit to Yesteryear visit during the year.  Families can come and partake in the kid-friendly Spookyville Village at Halloween or stop by during the South Florida Fair.

South Florida Fairgrounds and EXPO Center

The South Florida Fairgrounds and EXPO Center is in the same complex as the Cruzan Amphitheater and Yesteryear village in western West Palm Beach.  It is located between 441 and the Turnpike off Southern Blvd.  The South Florida Fairgrounds hosts the huge and very popular South Florida Fair with midway rides, performances in the EXPO center, and livestock exhibits.  All of the wonderful "fair food" lines every walkway at the fair with the sky chairs floating overhead.

Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts

The Kravis center in West Palm Beach is located just east of the railroad tracks on Okeechobee Blvd.  The facility is a venue for several exciting performances by big name performers as well as high quality theater, dance and music.  Kravis offers a Family Fare series of performances geared specifically for younger children.  They also occaisionally have big name Disney and other child-focused events featured.  The Kravis Center operates a 1,200-car parking garage adjacent to the Center. Entrances are located on Irist Street and Tamarind Avenue.

Meyer Amphitheatre

The Meyer Amphitheater is an open air venue located at the southern end of the city of West Palm Beach's Waterfront Commons.  It hosts several fun family events and concerts, including the 4th on Flagler event.  The large green area is a soft place to picnic and enjoy the events.  Bring your own seating.

Lake Worth City Hall Annex Cultural Plaza

Downtown Lake Worth, a coastal city of 37000 residents and 7 square miles, is an ideal venue for creative community events.
