Patch Reef Park

Body

Patch Reef Park is a beautiful park located in central Boca Raton.  This park consists of fifty-five (55) acres of passive and active recreation facilities.  Patch Reef has a comprehensive tennis center, community center, softball and baseball fields, soccer/football fields and lighted basketball courts.  Surrounding the wonderfully renovated children's playground is a fitness trail.

George Snow Park

Located next to the Serenoa Glade Preserve,  George Snow Park in eastern Boca Raton is an almost 6 acre city park. The park can be reached via Glades road just east of I-95.  It is the only access point to the Serenoa Glade Preserve and has plenty of parking.  George Snow Park has a shaded playground with swings and plenty of space to play all in a fenced in area.  Across from the playground is a well-kept tennis court.

Veterans Memorial Park

A 4.65 acre area, this memorial park is equiped with many amenities for the entire family. With sports areas including a ballfield, tennis, and basketball courts all of which are lighted for evening play given the late closing time. And to make it a day, this park also features playground equipment and picnic areas with grills. HOURS: Sunrise till 10 p.m

Seacrest Soccer Complex and Hilltopper Stadium

The Seacrest Soccer Complex was formerly Atlantic High School. As part of the Bond Referendum voted by the citizens in January 2004, the City was able to purchase eight acres of the land, which included a large multipurpose field, tennis courts, basketball courts and two softball fields. This was done to create a soccer facility to help relieve the scheduling stress at Miller Park.

John Prince Memorial Park

Picower Super Park within John Prince Park is one of the main draws to this central Palm Beach County facility in central Lake Worth. Recently created, the Picower Super park has a large barrier free splash area and multiple ability/age play equipment in a fenced area with restrooms. This county run regional park has about 726.36 acres (includes 338 lake acres). There's a popular campground and everything from walking trails, kayaking, golfing to bocce, basketball, volleyball and tennis.

Burt Aaronson South County Regional Park

Burt Aaronson South County Regional is a huge park in northwest Boca Raton maintained by Palm Beach County.   Remember to pay attention driving amongst the attractions because it is easy to get turned around in this massive park. Burt Aaronson Park includes almost 900 acres of recreation.  South County Regional Park is definitely the gem of Palm Beach County's park system and one of the most comprehensive leisure destinations in the State!

Pioneer Canal Park

Pioneer Canal Park is TRULY a neighborhood park. Take Boynton Beach Blvd just west of I-95 and at "Wendy's" turn right up NW 7th Street. When 7th is about to end, turn left (west) onto 13th and the park is right there. It runs along a canal and has a great playground. Located on the C-16 canal that runs east to west, the park provides boaters fresh water access to the E-4 canal that runs north to south and access to Lake Osborne to the north and Lake Ida to the south.

Meadows Park

Designed as a neighborhood park by the city of Boynton Beach for the Meadows neighborhood this is a popular park that has something for everyone. Popular park but not over-crowded, great way to meet neighbors. Amenities Basketball court, BBQ grills, benches, bike rack, bocce court, drinking fountain, fitness trail (1/2-mile path with 11-exercise stations), gazebo, open play area, pavilion, picnic tables, playground, rental shelters, tennis courts, volleyball court. Hours: Sunrise- Sunset;lighted facilites open until 10:00 p.m.

Ezell Hester, Jr. Community Park

Serving the east Boynton Beach community, The Ezell Hester Jr Community Park has a bright fun playground, basketball courts, tennis, raquetball, nature trail, football, cricket, baseball, a recreation center with programming, gazebo, pavilions, and much more. Right on Seacrest Blvd you can't miss the park.

PGA National Park

PGA National Park is a large, very popular 35 acre park just off Northlake Blvd.  It is surrounded by water and was originally part of the 1985 PGA National development. It has since been renovated and includes a fully accessible play area. Bring along your fishing rod and fish off the little dock or use the spacious pavilions for your next get-together!  There are three large multi-purpose fields that are great for soccer, lacrosse, tackle/flag football, or what ever you can dream up.
