Goodlet Park

Goodlet Park is a 28 acre park located in the city of Hialeah just north of the Miami International Airport. This sports-oriented park has something for everyone. It is one of few parks in all of South Florida to have two regulation Futsall fields. Futsall is a sport very akin to soccer and originated in Brazil. There are some typical American sports facilities at the park as well including 11 tennis courts and 5 raquetball courts all lighted for late evening play. The eight basketball courts and two softball fields are also lighted. Burn off some calories running around the well-paved 440 yard track with bleachers alongside for rest and for watching. The fenced children's playground is a wonderful spot for the children to climb and run without worrying they'll get too far afield. The multipurpose field can be used for pick up games of soccer, kite-flying or maybe picnicking on a blanket.

Goodlet Park features a recreation center for programming with a concession stand. The park also has a 200+ seat theater that may be rented for private events, shows and dance recitals. The recreation center has a room for dance that has a wooden floor. Contact the park for more details about programming for children as well as rental of it's facilities.
