The Department of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts will host its annual Spring Marshmallow Drop Saturday, April 13, 2019, at Boulevard Heights Community Center in West Hollywood. This is a fun family event that includes an egg hunt, the dropping of over 30,000 marshmallows from a helicopter, a bounce house, and a visit from the Easter Bunny!  There's nothing else like this happening anywhere in South Florida.  Wow.

This Easter bring the kids to a local Florida ranch in Davie for a special day filled with cuddly animals, bounce houses and an egg hunt.  Small children 6 & under can choose from egg hunts at 11am, 1pm, 3pm, and 5pm.  Children aged 7 and up can hunt at 12pm, 2pm or 4pm.  For families not keen on getting up and out the door for those early morning Egg Hunts, this option is perfect.  When not hunting for eggs, the kids can visit the petting zoo, hop in the bounce houses, ride a pony/horse or take a hay ride.

The city of Pompano Beach will be hosting a celebration of Spring on April 15 from 9am to 12pm.  The Spring Fling will feature Egg Hunts as well as lots of activities including: arts and crafts, DJ with games and dancing, a spring photo booth to take your picture in, bounce houses and much more!  Times for last year's categories were:  the 1-3 year old egg hunt is at 11:45 a.m. and the 4-6 and 7-12 year old egg hunt begins at 12:00 p.m. Admission is FREE! 

Parenting Plus magazine will present the 2016 Annual Palm Beach County Spring Kids Expo in West Palm Beach on May 7th from 10am to 4pm.  This Expo will have information about health & wellness, summer camps, safety, education, special needs services and so much more.  Come for all of the great information and stay for the FUN.   Kids can enjoy interactive activities, educational exhibits, character meet & greets, bounce houses, crafts, face painting, and puppet shows.  

Hop into spring with the City of Wilton Manors and Mr. Peter Cottontail at the Annual Eggstravaganza Egg Hunt, which is being held this year promptly at 10:15 a.m., at the newly renovated Mickel Park. Children, from newborns to age 13, will be invited to explore the park and collect the thousands of eggs Mr. Cottontail has filled with goodies and hid throughout the park. There will also be entertainment, concessions, pictures with Mr. Cottontail and much more! This will be a fun-filled event for the whole family.

Celebrate Easter with the city of Pembroke Pines this year at Sundaes with the Bunny.  Join Peter Cottontail and make your own sundaes while watching a holiday show. Tickets on sale at Rose Price Park, 901 NW 208th Avenue, M-F 9am-9pm and Sat & Sun 9am-5pm. Tickets include making your own sundae, a holiday show, games & prizes and visits from Peter Cottontail. 

Dust off your boots and kick up your heels for an epic Western Community Celebration at Royal Palm Beach's West Fest 2017 where the SWAMP meets the WILD WEST. Once again Miami Children’s Museum is celebrating the New Year just a little bit earlier!  Ring in the New Year (a few hours early) with a countdown TO NOON, fun crafts, a stage performance by our MCM Players and an unforgettable balloon drop!

The Historic Stranahan house in Fort Lauderdale will be decked out in Victorian splendor this holiday season.  Enjoy the festive decor with family and friends as well as an evening tour of the grounds by costumed docents.  Live music will fill the air and you can cap off the evening with a boat ride down the waterways to see holiday lights on the homes of the rich or famous. The event will take place on select evenings in December and reservations are required.
