Diwali Festival of Lights

The Indian Regional and Cultural Center of Florida (IRCC) will be hosting the annual Diwali Festival of Lights this year at the Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale.  Celebrate Indian culture with delectable foods, intricate dances and tintilating music!  Diwali is celebrated internationally as a major Hindu holiday.  The IRCC event will be held indoors in an over 110,000 square foot venue.  Enjoy live shows by over 450 performers of Indian dance, song, instrumental music, fashion and more.

Paws in the Park

The 8th Annual Paws in the Park (formerly Pet-a-Palooza) will be held at Carlin Park in Jupiter.  The park will be transformed into Paws in the Park where you and your best friends can enjoy live music, visit an array of retail vendors and grab a bite to eat.

Annual Miami Oktoberfest

The German American Social Club celebrates its 61st anniversary in 2018. It was first run by the German American Social Club of Greater Miami in 1958, making it the original and longest running Oktoberfest in Florida. It is also the largest German cultural event in South Florida. Oktoberfest Miami® is held on the last two weekends of October at the German American Social Club on Miller Drive in Miami's horse country area.

Annual Fall Skate & Grind

6th Annual Fall Skate & Grind will be held on November 5 at the Hobbit Skate Park in Delray Beach.  Enjoy live Music during the event.  Kids can anticipate prizes and Give-a-ways.  Come hungry for both food and fun!  Skate Jam will include beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.  Products toss at the end of the contest.  Local skate vendors will be on hand for all your skateboarding needs.

Palm Beach Gardens Fall Festival

Toys in the Sun Run

On Sunday, December 4, 2016, more than 30,000 motorcyclists and double that amount of people are expected to take part in the “29th Annual South Florida President’s Council (SFPC) Toys in the Sun Run” presented by the Mardi Gras Casino. Proceeds benefit the Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital Foundation, Hollywood, Florida. Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital is one of the area’s leading pediatric care hospitals, offering comprehensive health services and programs in an atmosphere that is child-friendly.

Annual Everglades Day

Join Everglades Holiday Park for their 2nd Annual Everglades Day this Saturday, November 7, 2015, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. All ages are invited to learn about the importance of Everglades preservation. A variety of activities will be offered at this free event including a spoken-word performance, live bluegrass music, nature walks, guided bicycle levee rides, python patrol presentation, scavenger hunt, arts and crafts, and more.

Easterlin Park Campfire and Hayride

Easterlin Park in Oakland Park (Broward County) invites you and your family to their series of Family Hayride and Campfire events.  From grandma to the youngest babe, the fun is geared toward all ages!  Enjoy the cooler South Florida season while sitting around a fire enjoying s'mores or a hayride together!  The $3.50-per-person fee includes the hayride and campfire and one bag of fixings to make s’mores. Additional refreshments are available for purchase. Reservations are required for groups of 15 or more. 

Tradewinds Hayride and Campfire

Tradewinds Park & Stables in Broward county will play host to a series of Family Hayride and Campfire events, for all ages, from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m.  Enjoy the cooler South Florida season while sitting around a fire enjoying s'mores or a hayride together!  The $3.50-per-person fee includes the hayride and campfire and one bag of fixings to make s’mores.
