Spend a special afternoon in the park with the Symphonia Players where you will hear and learn about the sounds that make up the FOUR FAMILIES of the orchestra. Not only will you be entertained by the sounds of the: String, Woodwind, Brass and Percussion families, but you will also hear musical presentations including such favorites as:  Beauty and the Beast, Under the Sea, It's a Small World After All, Mozart's Eine Kleine Nacht Music, John William's March from Star Warsand other favorites.

There will also be demonstrations and brief explanations to show how each instrument produces its unique sound.  They all have ONE thing in common!

You will be entertained by this fun filled concert as it introduces you to the wonderful world of music and the production of the unique sounds of the orchestra. Children will be invited to participate in the music making process!  Each child’s ticket will include a FREE carousel ride token. Plus, cookies & juice will be served in the lobby after the performance.

Jeff Kaye, Artistic Director and Trumpeter joined by dazzling guitarist, cellist & mandolin player, Philip Lakofsky and other musicians of the orchestra family, will take you on a musical journey!
