International Mango Festival

The 25th Annual International Mango Festival at Fairchild Gardens in Coral Gables is the place to be for all mango-lovers.  Whether you are a fanatic who waits all year for the mango season or maybe are a novice to the different mango varieties, there's no better place to be than at Fairchild Gardens.  This botanical garden collects mango species from all over the world sometimes going door to door selecting specimens.  They have one of the largest arrays of mangos in the world.

Annual Cuba Nostalgia

Cuba Nostalgia is a celebration of all things Cuban.  The event at the Fair Expo in Miami will be a cornucopia of food, jewelry, music, books and more all aimed at recreating a piece of Cuba here in South Florida.  Whether you are a Cuban transplant looking to relive a bit of your Cuban past or you are just enthralled by the Cuban culture and want to see more, Cuba Nostalgia is a large event with something for everyone.  The 2015 eventhonoredthe internationally famous Celia Cruz, known as the Queen of Salsa.

Art After Dark

Come out to the Norton Museum of Art with your budding artist or as a date night out for an evening filled with paintings, sculpture, wine tastings and more.  The Art After Dark evenings are every Thursday from 5-9pm and is sponsored by the Addison Hines Charitable Trust.  Come early and stay late!  The Fratelli Lyon museum cafe offers gourmet dishes so you can grab a special bite to eat and make an evening of it.

Turtlefest

The 14th Annual Turtlefest will be held at the Loggerhead Marinelife Center in Juno Beach. This is a family friendly event where visitors will enjoy close up encounters with these magnificent creatures. The event will have something for everyone in the family to enjoy such as fine art, shopping, children’s games and activities, educational presentations, a Global Village, food, and music by conservation-minded local musicians.

Artists' Alley Open Studios

Take an evening stroll down Artists' Alley and visit all the open studios and galleries in the area.  Artists' Alley is located in Delray Beach's newest hot spot neighborhood of Pineapple Grove Arts District. Artists have taken up residence in garages located east of 3rd street and west of the train tracks.  The strip runs north and south.  It is all an easy leisurely walk with lots to see.  Some of the galleries will offer free light refreshments or wine.

Hatsume Fair

Welcome the first buds of Spring Morikami style this year at their 39th annual Hatsume Fair in Boca Raton. This weekend fair is fun for the entire family with things for adults and kids to enjoy.  There will be 3 stages with performances, demonstrations, and an Anime costume contest.  Come with an empty stomach and enjoy the award-winning Cornell Cafe's a-la-carte menu or partake in the event's special festival foods.  Adults can imbibe special imported Sake and Kirin Beers or shop for hand-crafted items featured at the fair.

Annual Coral Springs Festival of the Arts

The Coral Springs Festival of the Arts has grown considerably over the years into a two-day celebration of arts and culture with a fine art show, contemporary craft festival, theatrical performances and full line-up of live music. Held in conjunction with the Coral Springs Art Festival Committee and the City, this event brings 150 of the nation best artists and crafters to South Florida. Stroll amidst life-size sculptures, spectacular paintings, one-of-a-kind jewels, photography, ceramics, a separate craft festival, Green Market and much more.
