Invasive Species Brewing Company
If you are looking for a truly down-home Southern Florida brewery, then look no further. The four owners and operators of the Invasive Species Brewing Company are Florida locals, and the decor proves it. Owner, Phil Gillis, is a former biologist and his passion for Florida wildlife is all over the walls of this eclectic bar in the form of taxidermy and other decor. This gives the space a rustic and almost hunting lodge vibe in the midst of an excitingly urban structure. Established in 2017, the Invasive Species Brewing Company has been named one of Forbes Magazine's best breweries and was named the "Best New Brewery" by the Sun Sentinel.
This brewery has rave reviews from patrons on all forms of social media and all confirm, the drinks here at Invasive Species just can't be beat. While the brewery typically has indoor seating, this group has taken the COVID recommendations seriously and is requiring patrons to socially distance and mask up while in the establishment. This may limit availability of seating within. This hasn't put much of a damper on the overall vibe and hospitality you can expect from Invasive Species.
Located in Flagler Village, this brewery truly has it all. Food trucks on weekends, ample parking out front, and with over 20 brews on tap and new varieties available weekly, you are sure to find something you'll want to keep coming back for. The owners have no distribution aspirations, so you've got to check out their new brews when they are available, you may not see them again! And maybe, just maybe, beer isn't your thing... don't worry! Invasive Species has got you covered with a variety of wines and ciders available. They've also got swag in all it's forms: from tote bags, lighters, and glasses to shirts and face shields. With drinks this amazing, you may just find yourself needing some merchandise before you head out the door.
