Take a catamaran ride into the past and celebrate "A Lignumvitae Key Christmas". Just a $10.00 donation (free for students 12 & under). Includes a catamaran ride to the island and a look at the Historic Matheson House decorated for the Holidays with tropical greenery. As well as an opportunity to make a Keys Holiday Tree Ornament. Complimentary Christmas cookies and Key Lime Ade will be served. Hamburgers, Hotdogs, bottled water, and sodas will be available on the Island for a donation.

MEET SANTA CLAUS & FROZEN'S ELSA THIS CHRISTMAS... HOT COCOA + HOLIDAY COOKIES + ICE BAR When we think of Christmas time it often conjures up thoughts of cold snowy nights, beautiful fur coats, and sipping hot cocoa by the fire place. But for most Miami kids those thoughts will never be a reality… But not this year! For the first time ever have your kids experience Winter in Miami with Santa Claus & Elsa at Drinkhouse Fire & Ice, Miami’s first Ice Bar. Bring the kids for a whimsical afternoon with a very classy and merry Santa Claus.

The Fort Lauderdale Orange Bowl Downtown Countdown has been touted as one of the largest New Year’s Eve celebrations in Florida, this year’s free street festival is full of fun and excitement for both children and adults. The spectacular celebration will feature a variety of activities for the whole family until 8:30 p.m. including a kids countdown at 7:00 p.m. The festivities for kids include bounce houses/inflatables, face painting and games, contests and dancing with the DJ. Then live music kicks off at 8:00 p.m.

Kick-off the holiday season as boaters from all around Palm Beach County decorate their boats and for the annual Palm Beach Holiday Boat Parade!

View the free parade and fireworks at Harbourside Place and enjoy  live music, strolling entertainers, family-fun activities and more!

Bridge Openings:

T.Y. Park in Hollywood will participate in the Campfire & Hayrides series presented by teh Broward County Parks Department.  The cost for this event is $3.50+sales tax per person ages 3 and up.  The fee includes one hayride and one bag of fixings for s’mores. Make some sweet memories with the family while the weather is pleasant.  Preregistration and prepayment are required by calling or visiting the park.

3, 2, 1, HAPPY NEW YEAR! Well, not quite, but it’s never too early to kick off a fabulous New Year’s party. Once again Miami Children’s Museum is celebrating the New Year just a little bit earlier!  Ring in the New Year (a few hours early) with a countdown TO NOON, fun crafts, a stage performance by our MCM Players and an unforgettable balloon drop!
