Deep Blue and You Yoga at the Juno Beach Pier

Deep Blue and You Yoga classes will be held on the beach next to the Juno Beach Pier on January 11 and January 25. Join us at 7:15 AM for a FREE 45-minute, slow-flow yoga class followed by a 15-minute beach cleanup. Please be sure to bring your own mat or towel, water bottle, and any props you need. The Juno Beach Pier is a 990-foot pier located in Juno Beach, Florida. Managed by Loggerhead Marinelife Center, the pier promotes responsible fishing & conservation through responsible practices and programs. Under Loggerhead Marinelife Center's Project SHIELD, the Juno Beach Pier participates in the Responsible Pier Initiative. Through the Responsible Pier Initiative the Juno Beach Pier holds quarterly underwater clean-ups and offers recycling containers on the pier.

The Deep Blue and You Yoga program is a new program to engage the community in conservation practices as well as reconnect with our environment. We will offer the program throughout the year.

In February, the sunrise yoga sessions will be held on Saturday, February 11 and Saturday, February 25 at 7:30 a.m. These sunrise yoga classes will be led by a Loggerhead Marinelife Center volunteer. The classes will begin with a 45-minute slow, restorative yoga class and end with a 15-minute optional beach clean-up. We welcome all ages and experience levels.
