Florida Keys Celtic Festival in Marathon is an exciting event not to missed. The event is located at mile marker 49 on US Hwy 1 on the ocean side. Choose to come out for 1 or both days of the festival to enjoy lots of live entertainment, food and fun for the kids. This year there will be Celtic bands, Highland Athletics demonstrations, Pipes & Drums, Celtic food & beer as well as lots of neat Celtic merchandise for sale. Your kids will also enjoy the Children's Glen filled with activities just for them.

Entertainment:

*Albannach-- a Scottish tribal drumming band with an energetic rhythm, vocals and piping.

*Rathkeltair-- Celtic rock band featuring bagpipes, guitar, and percussion.

*The Screaming Orphans-- a band that consists of 4 sisters from Co. Donegal, Ireland. They play Pop/Celtic Rock.

*West Of Galway-- a Naples Florida band that performs traditional Irish music

*Marcille Wallis & Friends

*Police Pipe and Drum of Florida

*The Highland Athletics Demonstration, directed by Robert Gourlay, will be ongoing throughout Saturday morning. Sanctioned Women's Highland Athletics Competition
