Supercon is in FORT LAUDERDALE, and it is the LARGEST Comic Con in South Florida. Supercon takes place JULY 27-30, 2017 at THE GREATER FORT LAUDERDALE / BROWARD COUNTY CONVENTION CENTER.  Get your tickets while you can! This HUGE event is something fans look forward to long before it occurs...planning out costumes, geeking out on their favorite shows & video games beforehand and much more.  Categories for this year's event include: Anime & Animation, tabletop games, Comics, Cosplay, Doctor Who & Sci-Fi, a Geek Film Fest, Video Games, and Wrestling.  Guests will enjoy workshops, photo opportunities, appearances by TV & Movie stars, entertainment, dance parties, costume competitions and autogrpah sessions.

While some may think that this sort of convention is strictly for the kids...they would be dead wrong.  Adults revel in the opportunity to don fantasy costumes and participate in interactive workshops, games and more with their fellow fans.  It's a veritable Geek-fest!  Grown up events like late night dance parties, film screenings and celebrity Q & A can be found along with kiddie costume contests, arcade areas and the like.
