Events that are either child-friendly are child-centered affairs.  

First Presbyterian Pumpkin Patch

The First Presbyterian Pumpkin Patch in Hollywood (Broward County) will be open from 10:00 am to 7pm daily.  Certain dates will feature special events and every weekend will feature freshly baked treats at the Weekend Bake Sale.  There will be 1000s of pumpkins for sale!

Fall Garden Festival

The Fall Garden Festival at Fairchild Gardens in Miami is an experience that promises all that is fall in South Florida.  There will be seasonal cooking classes, home gardening demonstrations,  a fall beer garden and seasonal vignettes, all mixed with Ramble traditions like: art, antiques, rare books, garden vendors, a furniture design show, the largest plant sale in South Florida, and much more.

Spooky Zoo Nights

Ready to test your fears?  Don't miss Spooky Zoo Nights at Zoo Miami on October 28th thru 31st.  Brave souls can be terrified at Dr. Wilde’s Creepy House, on the Zombie-laden tram ride and along the disturbing pathways. Little ones can enjoy ghoulish carousel rides, creepy crawlies and candy stations at the Children’s Zoo.  

*Ghoulish carousel rides are $2 per ride.

Admission is $14.95/person ($12.95 for zoo members)

Zoo Boo

Zoo Boo at Zoo Miami is one of South Florida’s premier Halloween events where there’s something for everyone. Included with zoo admission, families and kids ages 12 and under are invited to trick-or-treat in costumes, participate in costume contests, watch special performances and much more! Plus, watch and enjoy as our wild animals get a special Halloween treat of their own! Music and games with fun prizes will be provided. Save money and time by purchasing your tickets online!

Halloween Hoopla

Christ Fellowship Church and City Place in West Palm Beach will be hosting Halloween Hoopla as one of their Free Family Fun Fests.  Kids can trick-or-treat throughout City Place in costume.  Clamber aboard a fire truck, frolick in a bounce house, or make a special Halloween craft.  Games, face painting, and live entertainment are all free.  Don't forget your trick or treat bag and your camera to capture all of those adorable moments!

Annual Feast of the Sea

The 3rd Annual Feast of the Sea returns to the waterfront of downtown West Palm Beach. On October 22nd at 11am your favorite Palm Beach County restaurants and chefs will be showcasing their best seafood recipes and cuisines for you to enjoy! Last year we hosted more than 15,000 hungry seafood lovers and this year promises to be bigger and better! With over 24 seafood vendors, 60 amazing art vendors, an interactive family area presented by South Florida Science Center & Aquarium, great musical performan

Miami Lakes United Methodist Church Pumpkin Patch

This is THE place to go for all things fall in Miami-Dade county!  Come see why this pumpkin patch has been voted as one of the top ones in Miami and all of South Florida (by New Times & CBS).  The Miami Lakes United Methodist Church receives three full truckloads of pumpkins on October 10th, October 24th,  and October 28th. A truckload contains over 2000 pumpkins and weighs over 43,000 pounds! You must come, bring your children and check out all that is planned. The Patch is open daily from 10:00am – 9:00pm so come by and say “hi”.

Annual Coral Gables Hispanic Cultural Festival

The Coral Gables 7th Annual Hispanic Cultural Festival celebrates with local and international artists, musicians, and designers to showcase diverse flavors that the Hispanic Culture brings to South Florida.Over 15,000 attendees over the weekend. The annual Coral Gables Hispanic Cultural Festival is held in Coral Gables, Florida.

Halloween Happenings in Davie

Join the town of Davie Florida for a unique equestrian and spooky event, Halloween Happenings.
