Annual Miles for Smiles Walk and Festival

Broward Children’s Center invites you to join them in celebrating the 13th Anniversary of their annual BCC Miles for Smiles Walk & Festival! The celebration will support some of the most medically fragile children in the nation. Starting at the Pompano Beach Elks Lodge #1898, walk participants will circle the four-mile Pompano Beach Air Park trail and celebrate at the finish line with food and entertainment.

OLQA Pumpkin Patch

OLQA's Pumpkin Patch is the place to come for all your Halloween decorating needs. Pumpkins of all sizes will be sold along with gourds and fresh baked pumpkin bread. This beautifully decorated patch is the place to get the perfect fall photos. Bring the entire family and do not forget your camera. The activity tent will be well stocked with Free games, crafts and activities to entertain the kids. Face painters, story tellers and a princess will make appearances Saturdays and Sundays between 2:00-5:00. Come for pumpkins but stay for fun!!!

Parkridge Pumpkin Patch

Come support the Pumpkin Patch at Parkridge Church this October! Amplify Student Ministries is hosting a patch to raise funds for their mission trips for summer 2019! Stop by Parkridge Church to pick up your Pumpkin for the season! Also visit the Great Pumpkin Selfie Station and take photos throughout this picturesque patch.  The patch is located in the east parking lot and will be open from October 5th thru the 31st.

Dinosaurs Around the World

Southland Mall Halloween

Southland Mall and South Florida Parenting Magazine wants to invite families to their indoor FREE Halloween event.  Kids can come in costume and meet center court for a costume contest where everybody wins, hosted by a fun and friendly witch. Other activities include Halloween art & craft activities, music, tattoos and fun prizes.  Come in costume and enter to win 2 grand prizes --all participants win a small prize.  The Kids Club event will be at center court and runs from 4pm to 6pm.

Polar Express Train Ride

For some people it's not Christmas until you've seen your favorite family movie together.  Polar Express, the movie, embodies the magic of Santa Claus and the wonder of childhood.  The Polar Express Experience helps bring the spirit of Christmas to South Florida families by allowing them to be a part of scenes from the movie on this special train ride.  Do you Believe?  Sing a long to the songs and enjoy your hot cocoa as you take a journey into the movie.

Not So Spooky Halloween

The Village at Gulfstream Park in Hallandale Beach (Broward county) will host a Not So Spooky Halloween event for families.  This FREE event will feature face painting, a live DJ, Magic Show and interactive games.  For families living in neighborhoods that don't really participate in Halloween or that don't feel safe going door to door for treats, this event is a safe and less scary way to participate in Halloween with small children.

Mall of the Americas Halloween Celebration

Mall of the Americas’ annual Halloween celebration returns Monday, October 31st from 5 pm to 7 pm. Children ages 10 and under are invited to enjoy fun games with the friendly, bilingual Gigi the Witch.

Festivities will kick off at 5 pm with Gigi the Witch on stage in center court followed by Trick or Treating beginning at 6 pm, in participating stores. Admission is free. Costumes are encouraged. Masks are only allowed on small children. All children must be accompanied by an adult during the event.
