The Taste of the Pines event this February 16th (Thursday) will let you indulge in tasting the best of local restaurants offering sample cuisine, desserts and wine, dancing and live music: featuring TITO PUENTE JR. The event will be from 6pm-9pm at the Southwest Focal Point Community Center. It promises to be an evening filled with food, wine, fun and Tito!

Sundaes with the Bunny
Celebrate Easter with the city of Pembroke Pines this year at Sundaes with the Bunny. Join Peter Cottontail and make your own sundaes while watching a holiday show. Tickets on sale at Rose Price Park, 901 NW 208th Avenue, M-F 9am-9pm and Sat & Sun 9am-5pm. Tickets include making your own sundae, a holiday show, games & prizes and visits from Peter Cottontail.

Pines Bike Rodeo
Please join the city of Pembroke Pines for their Annual Bike Rodeo on Saturday, March 5th at Towngate Park. The City of Pembroke Pines Recreation & Cultural Arts Department & the Pembroke Pines Police Department will guide participants through bike safety stations, helmet check and fittings, bicycle inspections and theft prevention tips. Refreshments & live entertainment will be provided and participants will receive a certificate of completion at the conclusion of the rodeo.

Annual Tribute Music & Food Truck Festival
The Wellington Tribute Music & Food Truck Festival is back for 2019 with the best tribute bands that perform in South Florida for 2 full weekends of family-friendly tunes. Come hungry as there will be oodles of food trucks on hand to satiate your appetites. Bring your boogie shoes or a blanket/chairs to relax on during the event.
Approximately 10 to 15 food trucks will attend each day (with the exception of February 16th). Food Trucks, on site 5–9:30 pm

Palm Beach Jewish Film Festival
The Donald M. Ephraim Palm Beach Jewish Film Festival is the only one of it's kind in the county and one of the best in the region. It fills over 16,000 seats across 6 different theaters in a 3-week span every January. Films are carefully vetted and selected for each year's line up. The Film Festival opens with a gala and grand opening at the Kravis Center in West Palm Beach. Several of the showings will feature a Q & A with the Director of the film and even live performances.
