Miami Egg Hunts 2015
We've collected information on Egg Hunts for Miami Dade County for your family to enjoy. Easter Egg Hunts are generally geared toward tots able to walk all the way up to about 12 years old. While we usually like to grab some close friends and head to a favorite park for a more intimate Egg Hunt, sometimes the thrill of the hunt at one of the bigger Egg Hunts just can't be missed!
This year Easter falls on April 5, Sunday. This means that most Egg Hunts fall as early as 3/28 and most of the shindigs will occur after Miami Dade County schools have already finished their spring break. The 2 weeks of standarized testing will overlap the fun as the school district will be testing Elementary-aged children those weeks after Spring Break. What better way to break up the dulldrums of those stressful weeks than with some egg hunting f-u-n!?
Since there are plenty of events across the area to choose from, why not celebrate BOTH weekends. Remember that some of these events may allow you to buy tickets ahead or at a discount. Other events may require reservations like the American Girl or the Pinecrest Gardens events. Plan ahead and don't forget your cameras and baskets. The kids are only little for a short time, snatch up the eggs and make memories before they're too big or too cool for it!
