Science Explorium at Sugar Sand Park

The Children’s Science Explorium in Boca Raton is a hands-on science center designed for children ages 5 – 12 and their caregivers. Approximately 4,000 square feet is dedicated to hands-on exhibitry pertaining to the physical sciences. Additional space is devoted to education, including an indoor classroom and several outdoor teaching areas.  The CSE is divided into 2 large rooms which host both static and rotating hands-on exhbitis.  The mission of the Children’s Science Explorium is to inspire young learners’ natural curiosity of the physical world through exploration and inquiry.  The CSE hosts its on summer camp for Elementary age children.  The CSE is located within Sugar Sand Park which also features the Science Playground, a Carousel, and the Willow Theatre.
