Goulds Park Recreation Center

Goulds Park Recreation Center in Miami Dade County is a state of the art, technology and recreational community center. This beautiful facility contains a 12,000 sf multi use gymnasium with basketball and volleyball courts and seating for 400. Two large programming wings have been added to each side of the gym. This addition brought 10,000 additional square feet to make for a complete community center. There are now extra rooms for educational spaces, arts and crafts, meeting rooms, a weight room, aerobics fitness room, game room and two computer learning labs.

Eureka Park

Located in Miami, Florida, Eureka Park is an open park that is historically rich considering it was developed during the early 1920’s and 30’s from a simple recreational ground to the beauty it is today. Due to its strategic position, many of its nearby residents and visitors who come visiting use the park for various activities. As such, it would be hard to miss schoolchildren,

walking groups, and dog walkers among many other individuals, groups, families, and couples in the park.

Larry & Penny Thompson Park

The Larry & Penny Thompson Park is a first class campground in Miami-Dade County. This beautiful campground is right next door to the Zoo Miami. The park is named after the late Thompsons who were avid campers and civic leaders in in South Florida. This campground is one of the last portions of leftover wilderness in Miami! The University of Miami used to own this land and there are remnants left of their old fruit groves.

Homestead Air Reserve Park

Homestead Air Reserve Park is located just north of the military base in Homestead.  The park consists of a very large open grassy area, a shelter, and building.  The large field can be used for soccer, events, and for campouts.  

Naranja Park

Naranja Park is a 10-acre public park located in 14150 SouthWest 264th Street, Naranja, FL 33032, Miami-Dade County, United States and is famous for its fascinating community pool which was launched in late 2012. The pool facility was built to offer the residents, as well as the visitors a place to have fun relaxing and engaging in physically activities like swimming, The pool offers the residents the opportunity to showcase their swimming skills. There are also swimming lessons offered for beginners.



Colonial Drive Park

If a simple walk around the park is not what you and your family are interested in, how about a fun game of some sort?  With basketball, baseball, football fields and a tennis court, there has to be at least one activity to motivate you to get out of the house on the weekend and enjoy yourself out about in the sun?

Castellow Hammock Preserve & Nature Center

The Hammock Preserve & Nature Center was named in honor of James S. Castellow who was a farmer that claimed the 160 acres of property and made his homestead in early 1900.  He was one of south Florida’s earliest citrus farmers. He carried citrus trees from the town of Cutler. Hugh Matheson, Jr. who had purchased the property in the 1950s for land trade but then the trade never happened. In 1962, Park included the tropical hardwood forest, which was a paradise for tree botanists and snail collectors.

Deerwood Bonita Lakes Park

Deerwood Bonita Lakes Park is a nice 11 acre park in Miami Dade County with a lot of great sports amenities for the whole family. This park really embraces the community that surrounds it, which makes it a sweet and safe neighborhood park. This park used to be called Deerwood Park and was renamed for the neighboring community of Deerwood Bonita Lakes.

Sgt. Joseph Delancy Park & Pool

Sgt. Joseph Delancy Park is situated in Miami-Dade county, Florida. The park features a splash playground, a swimming pool and a picnic shelter with great landscapes. Bill Sadowski Park & Nature Center

The Bill Sadowski Park & Nature Center  in Miami is the ideal family location for nature enthusiasts. This is a lovely, 30 acre park that encompasses all the natural beauty and wildlife of South Florida. This park is a three habitat park that has natural pinelands, a tropical hardwood hammock and drained Everglades slough.
