PERUFEST USA is a Mega gastronomic event taking place at the Miami Dade Fair & Exposition Center on October 1 and 2 of 2016. Their hope is to invite you into a culture with more than 500 years of fusion with the World around it. This celebration hopes to be a major foodie gathering for the Peruvian culture with a showcase of flavors, aromas and diverse cooking techniques. Come to learn, exchange ideas and see why Peruvian food is some of the best worldwide!

This event will unite the best chefs from beloved Peru and other countries. There will be culinary updates, seminars, and demonstration shows. Learn about the cuisine, culture, and products from various regions of Peru. PERUFEST USA expects more than 12,000 visitors from South Florida and around the world.

Visit different pavilions promoting tourism, artisan craftwork, and jewelry.
